furniture and other large items; we are unable to ship them. Local delivery &
Set up are available at an additional fees. Please contact a store location for
assistance and quotes on both Delivery and Set up.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS!
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an
email immediately to info@bergstroms.com.
Please provide us with your order number and the correct name(s) and address you
wish your order to be sent. NOTE: Purchases
made out of California and whose shipping address changes to an address in
California will be added sales tax of 7.75% to their order. You will be
notified if this applies to your order.

NOTE:
Bergstroms will process and ship orders only within the 48 contiguous
U.S.A. Unfortunately, we are not able to process & ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada. We are also not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses. The
FedEx fees on this page & chart apply to those purchases done online through our website only. They cannot be applied to in store purchases, over the phone purchases or on previous purchases. Thank you.
SHIPPING BOXES: In order to keep
shipping costs down and help our environment, we recycle our boxes whenever
possible.
TRACKING AN ORDER: Most orders are
processed within 24 hours and as soon as your package leaves our facilities an
email will be sent to you along with a tracking number issued by FedEx. You
will be able to check the shipping status the next morning after you received
the tracking number. Please visit www.fedex.com
and enter the tracking number in the appropriate field, FedEx will give you an
estimate time on your order.
ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL: If the
item(s) ordered are in stock, your order will ship out within 24 hours from the
time you placed your order. This applies to orders placed on Sunday
through Friday (before 1 p.m. on Friday). Orders placed after 1 p.m. on
Friday and all day Saturday will be processed on the following Monday.
Most orders will reach their destinations within 2 to 4 working days, however
items sent back east will take about 7 to 10 working days. Once you have a
tracking number, you will be able to get an accurate time of arrival from
www.ups.com.
GIFT WRAP: We
do not offer gift wrap on items ordered through our web site. Most items are
oversized and will be sent in their own boxes. Small items are wrapped in
tissue and/or inside a Bergstroms bag and into a appropriate shipping box.
GIFT CARD: Gift
cards are complementary. Simply enter your message in the appropriate
section when you are filling out your billing information. Your
personalized message will be typed in a card and will be enclosed with your
purchase.
ITEMS ARE MISSING OFF YOUR ONLINE REGISTRY LIST:
Please send us an email at
info@bergstroms.com and let us know if your online registry list is missing
items. We will make the necessary changes and your list should be updated
within 24 hours.
CAN I REGISTER ONLINE? You can sign up
for a Baby Registry list at one of our two store locations. Appointments
are encouraged but not necessary. If you make an appointment, a sales
associate will walk with you and help you register. They will be able to
answer questions regarding products that we carry. Once your registry is
completed and entered into our system, a copy will be posted on our web site.
Changes to your online registry can be done at one of our stores and changes to
the web site will take effect within 24 hours.
DO WE CARRY CRIBS, DRESSERS AND OTHER FURNITURE
ITEMS? Yes, we do carry cribs, dressers and other furniture items.
Because of shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship individual furniture
items. We are in the process of adding a section that will show cribs and
other furniture items that we carry, however they are only available at store
locations only. Please check our web site for our new furniture section coming
soon.
WARRANTY - Please read the warranty
information in the instruction packet of your product. Warranty time
varies on each product and what it covers. All questions and all warranty
issues are to be addressed to the manufacturer of the product.
