Bergstroms will process and ship orders only within
the 48 contiguous USA. Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders
from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada.

to the size and weight of wood furniture and other large items; we are unable to
ship them. Local delivery & Set up are available at an additional fees.
Please contact a store location for assistance and quotes on both Delivery and
Set up.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO and
FPO addresses.
Order Processing and Shipping

We try our best to give the fastest, most efficient and fair system for order processing and shipping. We know that you want your order quickly and at the lowest possible cost.

All orders will be processed within 1 - 3 business days.
(Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major Holidays.)

Shipping time from when the items leave our warehouse will vary depending on the area the order is being sent. Most orders take between 2-7 business days within the Continental United States.

If it takes us longer than projected to process your order, we will update you via e-mail.

- Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you along with a tracking number for your order(s).
You will be able to check the delivery status of your order by visiting
www.fedex.com where you will be able to enter
the tracking number and FedEx will give you an estimated delivery time.
- A complementary gift card can be enclosed. Please enter your message
on the appropriate fields when you are checking out.
- We do not gift wrap items purchased from our web site due to
shipping restrictions.
Returned Packages or Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
- If you need to make a change to the shipping
address, please send us an email to
info@bergstroms.com, please enclose your order number and the correct
shipping address.
- Packages returned to us or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
- Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to all shipping charges. Once the package arrives
at our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the shipping cost(s).
- Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to additional shipping fees. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
