In the early 1960's when Karl and Conny Bergstrom were young parents shopping for their toddler and newborn, they had a vision to create a complete childrens department store with the finest quality merchandise for children as well as great values for parents. Their vision became a reality when they founded Bergstroms Childrens Stores in 1963. Bergstroms is proud to be the largest independently owned Childrens Specialty Department Store in the United States.
